Staff was friendly and informative. They even have cute life vests for my pups with shark fins. Even going a little over the 1hr they were forgiving and didn't charge us a fee.
Very relaxing and good way to spend your day, can see the city line from the boat. Definitely bring a bluetooth speaker for music!
